As the FED’s decision approaches we are carefully watching the USD and it’s reaction.
Many scenarios could play out, all depending on their language and the forward guidance.
There are a few scenarios that have the USD rallying.
1- BUY THE RUMOR SELL THE FACT
2 – THE FED ACTUALLY BECOMES SLIGHTLY HAWKISH.
I am leaning small LONG USD (CAD, CHF, SEK) and will look for actual set ups post FED.
