One of the best attributes of FX markets is that they have the potential to offer investors UNCORRELATED ALPHA.
We favor a WEAKER USD. We like GBP ad well as NZD to do well vs the USD, but what about the RELATIVE VALUE of GBPNZD. In a RISK ON environment, NZD should perform better since it has a HIGHER BETA component. We will put this cross in our WATCH LIST as we have a formation that may become ACTIONABLE soon.
