The NYA Index is showing severe exhaustion here, there is a classic ENDING DIAGONAL pattern, these emerge when the asset is tired and momentum fading. They are pretty accurate tools to predict a pivot in direction.
Finally – USDCNH, showing support and a base formation. Divergence is clearly evident and the UPSIDE here is TREMENDOUS. We have to manage the RISK, I want to stay LONG $, so I am adding by deploying small amounts of risk capital and layering bids to build a well averaged LONG USDCNH position. I see this trade as potentially the TRADE OF THE YEAR.
