This chart shows the CNH vs Chinese equities. CNHUSD (reversed to align CNH strength/Equity strength).
We feel we could see further deterioration in Chinese growth, hitting equities and weakening the CNH. We maintain our CONSTRUCTIVE view on USDCNH thinking it could go significantly higher.
